A Garden of Books

A Garden of Art & Stories – A Garden of Books is the place to come if you want to find out more about a particular book you’d like to read or maybe buy. Over time, more and more book reviews or snippets of information will be added here.

There are two drop down boxes: simply hover your pointer over the header – A Garden of Books and all will be revealed.

The Vineyard – this is the place to choose for Adult book reviews. We share a link to Novel Tea n Pages where you will find many reviews I have done through the years.

The Strawberry Patch – this is the place to choose for Children’s book reviews.

This is 100% voluntary children’s and adult’s  literature and book review site that supports and features authors, illustrators and publishers Australia-wide and internationally. I have decades of experience in the educational sector as a mother, grandmother, an early childhood educator, primary school teacher, an emerging author, editor, proofreader, blogger and passionate book lover/coffee drinker.

As this site grows, it is hope news articles, reviews, interviews, articles, guest posts, author events and many other types of interesting notes will attract fellow book lovers, illustrators and readers from all over the world, including parents, children, authors, illustrators, teachers, librarians, and industry professionals – anyone with a love of books, really.

A Garden of Arts and Stories is virtually a seedling at the moment. As food (articles are added), combined with a gentle rain (readers/visitors to the website and more articles), we hope to grow into a magnificent garden. We hope you will join us.

If you would like a book reviewed, please express your interest by contacting us.

In the meantime,

Enjoy …

Happy reading
