In 2011 Georgie Donaghey launched Creative Kids Tales, an Australian website dedicated to assisting emerging children’s authors and illustrators on their journey to publication. Creative Kids Tales is a voice for authors who write for the children’s and Young Adult genres. Every month we chat with well-known Australian children’s authors about their journey to publication. So far we’ve interviewed Mem Fox, Jackie French, Deborah Abela, Susanne Gervay, Andy Griffiths, Belinda Murrell, Paul Jennings, Kate Forsyth and Leigh Hobbs just to name a few.
Each December our site is archived with the National Library’s Pandora archives which provides long-term access to Australian on-line publications of national significance.
